Getting There
The Kolob Terrace Road is a paved road that winds in and out of Zion National Park on its way to the Kolob Reservoir. Turn north onto this road from SR9 at the sign in Virgin, Utah.
Park at a small turnoff on the left just before the switchback (GPS 37.348309, -113.085528). This is 14.5 miles from Virgin and 0.3 miles before the switchback.
The Trail
The wash is relatively flat gradually sloping uphill. It is mainly slickrock with sections that have to be traversed over small sand hills in order to avoid brush in the wash.
On this outing we only traveled 3/4 mile up the wash but plan to return and head to the source a further 2 to 3 miles depending upon the terrain.
